Distressed wood frame from South Africa

These small, rectangular vintage picture frames by Luna Designs are made from reclaimed wood without exception. The wooden slats for the picture frames DIN A6 Rectangular come from a wide variety of sources in the Cape Town area.

The wood for the Luna Designs picture frames DIN A6 is dry-stored for up to 2 years on the Luna Designs farm north of Cape Town, where it is prepared for the subsequent processing into these rectangular picture frames. The prepared scrap wood picture frames are then sent back to Cape Town where they are processed into these rectangular picture frames, among other things.

All Luna Designs old wood picture frames are supplied with 3 mm thick glass and with one of many different black and white motifs.
On the back of the DIN A6 picture frames you will find bendable slats to place your own picture of approx. 10.5 x 14.8 cm in the picture frame.

Due to the handmade nature of the frames, the dimensions may vary by a few milimetres from one picture frame to the next.
