This square picture frame by Luna Designs is made exclusively from reclaimed wood. The timber strips for the picture frames come from a wide variety of sources in Cape Town, South Africa.

The wood for the square Karoo frames DIN A5 Square is dry stored for up to 2 years on the Luna Designs farm north of Cape Town, where it is prepared for further processing into vintage picture frames by removing any screws and nails.
The vintage wood mouldings prepared for production then go back to Cape Town where they are processed into picture frames DIN A5 Square.

All Luna Designs picture frames DIN A5 Square come with 3 mm thick glass and a matching black and white motif. Bendable slats on the back allow the picture to be changed quickly.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, the dimensions given may vary by a few mm from picture frame to picture frame.
