Visiting Berlin and looking for a comfortable place to stay?
The generous turn-of-the-century apartment is ideally located in the green part of Kreuzberg between Victoria-Park and the new Gleisdreieck-Park. It is in immediate vicinity to the popular Bergmann-Kiez and in walking distance to subway (Mehringdamm: U6 and U7) and S-Bahn (Yorckstrasse: S1, S2 and U7). We live in the same house and love the area.
Sleeping 2-4 guests (one double bed on the maisonette level and one large sleeper sofa in the living room), the 75m² flat offers a number of homely features like a cozy fire place in a lovely high ceiling living room and a large, particularly beautiful south-west-facing balcony for the rest of the year. If there is a down side to speak of, then it would be the rather small bathroom. TV, HiFi und W-LAN are naturally included.
